Alex Browne plays a central role in the delivery of Top Tier Brass events, combining musical leadership with expert logistical coordination. A graduate of Leeds Conservatoire, he further developed his professional practice at the Royal Northern College of Music and brings close to a decade of experience as a freelance trumpeter. His performance credits include work with the British Army and leading UK orchestras, with a standout career moment performing at the nationally televised funeral of Captain Sir Tom Moore. Since joining Top Tier Brass in 2021, Alex has been instrumental in ensuring each event runs with precision, professionalism, and flair.

Charlie is the founder and director of Top Tier Brass, overseeing the creative direction and ensuring the flawless execution of every event. With over a decade of experience leading high-profile creative projects across television, radio, international tours, and performances at prestigious venues, Charlie has built extensive expertise in managing large-scale productions. Beyond the music, Charlie’s focus is on orchestrating every detail to ensure smooth operations and a seamless experience. This combination of creative leadership and operational know-how allows Top Tier Brass to consistently deliver exceptional performances, making the process as stress-free as possible for clients.

As Musical Director for Top Tier Brass, Danny Barley is responsible for curating and arranging the perfect musical experience for every wedding. With over a decade of experience, including regular work as Musical Director for Royal Caribbean’s prestigious cruise ships, Danny’s expertise spans a wide range of musical styles and settings. A graduate of Leeds Conservatoire, he’s also arranged music for live television and award-winning advertising campaigns. Danny’s meticulous approach ensures that every performance is not only seamless but memorable, providing an exceptional soundtrack to each couple’s big day.
